At the BouwBeurs trade show, ECI Software Solutions aimed to significantly increase brand awareness within the construction industry. One of their key objectives was to spotlight Treetop—already a well-known name in the sector—as an integral part of ECI. While Treetop had established recognition, ECI’s name was less familiar to the target audience. The exhibition stand therefore needed to deliver instant recognition, a strong brand connection, and an inviting presence.

A visual statement on the show floor
The stand made a bold visual impact in the exhibition hall: an innovative design blending modern features with natural materials—perfectly aligned with the construction industry’s character. A translucent black fabric featuring illuminated ECI lettering hung above the stand, serving as a powerful visual cue and brand beacon that drew attention and reinforced visibility.
Layout & experience
The design focused on creating a space where all visitors from the construction world felt welcome and at ease. Upon entering, guests were greeted by an open and approachable environment. The layout was thoughtfully planned, clearly distinguishing between demonstration areas and a hospitality zone.
- Demo Zone:
Five dedicated demo stations provided space for showcasing Treetop’s solutions. Each station offered a calm, clearly defined setting for focused product demonstrations. - Hospitality Area:
At the heart of the stand, an informal lounge with a central bar created a relaxed setting ideal for connecting with existing clients and engaging in deeper conversations.
Technical design & finish
To ensure a sleek and seamless look, a raised floor was installed, discreetly concealing all cabling. This floor design also created distinct zones, subtly yet clearly separating the hospitality area from the demo spaces—enhancing the overall experience and flow.
